Cesar Millan ( 西薩·米蘭 )是小編最近的偶像。
第一次看了他在國家地理頻道播出的節目「報告狗班長」就開始很佩服他。
雖然小編沒有養狗，不過他說的有些道裡對於養貓也是通用的。
想要家中的寵物變得更好，要先當個稱職的主人!!
但....小編還很不及格，是個寵壞家中貓咪的貓奴。
應該要多看這個節目，訓練一下自己。

1. Cesar Millan has been showcasing his talents as "The Dog Whisperer" since 2004, teaching dog owners how to train their energetic and oftentimes misbehaving canines.
從2004年開始，西薩·米蘭就在「報告狗班長」的節目當中展現他的才華，教導狗主人們如何訓練家中活力旺盛、時常頑劣的犬兒們。.
2. Millan strongly supports adopting pets, but he warns that taking in a shelter dog based on pity isn't in the best interest of the dog.
米蘭十分支持領養寵物，但也警告因同情而把收容所的狗狗帶回家，未必是對狗而言最有利的事。
3. If you are considering adopting a dog, Millan said you must first assess your own energy level, then look for a dog that matches it.
如果正在考慮要領養狗的話， 米蘭說應該要先評估自己的活力程度，再找相配的狗狗。
4. Next, he said future dog owners need to consider how they will set boundaries and limitations for their pet.
再來，準狗主人們需要考慮將會為寵物設下的界限及限制。
5. "Everybody wants to pet a dog, but not everybody walks the dog and is consistent with rules, boundaries and limitations. We don't have a problem with breed, with pit bulls, we don't have a problem with aggression, we have a problem with education."
「大家都想摸摸小狗，但不是所有的人會帶狗去散步 和 貫徹規則、界限及限制。品種對我們而言不是問題，是鬥犬也沒關係，有攻擊性也不是問題，但教育是個大問題。」
