小編其實從小就是個很健忘的人。

少年時還曾在機場把護照弄丟,好在有好心人幫我收起來。

所以可以增加記憶力的資訊對我而言很實用。

研究顯示,適度的的運動可以增加海馬迴(腦中負責形成記憶的地方)的大小。

保持身形能幫助維持健康的血流量到腦部,這非常的重要,因為腦的體積有三分之一是由血管組成。
